Hemp Kettle’s Nourishing Garden blend is one of our nettle-based teas. It contains protein and antioxidants. Nettles are said to provide respiratory and allergy relief. This blend is restorative with anti-inflammatory properties. While people have used it for centuries as herbal medicine, modern research also supports many of the potential health benefits of nettle and nettle tea.

Directions of Use:

Use 1 tsp. per 8 oz. of freshly boiled purified water then steep for 5-7 minutes using our stainless steel infuser. It can be resteeped up to 3 times.
