Ingredients: Organic Passionflower, Organic Raspberry Leaf, Organic Canadian Hemp Seed, Organic Lavender, Organic Skullcap, Organic Valerian Root

Directions: Use 1 tsp. per 8 oz. of freshly-boiled purified water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Can re-steep up to 2 times.
